Location:

The apartment is in the 'Rechvia' area, which is one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Jerusalem, next to the hotels: 'King David', 'Jerusalem Hilton', 'Prima Kings', 'Dan Panorama', 'Inbal' (former 'Laromme'), 'Windmill', 'Holiday Inn', YMCA, the 'Hebrew Union College' and the Prime Minister's home.

It is also within a 5-minutes walk from the Great Synagogue, a 10-minutes walk to the downtown area, the 'German Colony', and a 15-minuets walk to the Western Wall (Kotel).

The apartment is within a 2-minutes drive, or 5-6 minutes walk, from our other apartment on D'Israeli St..

Amenities:

The amenities in all of our apartments are only found in the finest hotels.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, oven, gas top, dishwasher, dishes etc.). Linen and towels are provided.
In the apartment there is a washer/dryer, radio, stereo system, and cable TV (with CNN, NBC, BBC, SKY news, and many Israeli, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian channels). There is also a direct dial telephone, answering machine, PC hook up, iron/ironing board, and a hair dryer in the apartment.
In the apartment there are rugs next to both sides of the double bed, Shabbat Candles, and a Shabbat heating plate and an Urn can be provided free upon request.

A Safe Deposit Box is installed in all of our apartments.

Description of the Lincoln St. apartment

The Lincoln St. apartment sleeps 6. This is a 2 bedroom apartment; about 70 square meters (753 square feet),on the second floor. It has one large bedroom, a second smaller bedroom, a living room and 2 balconies.

There is a shower/bath in the bathroom.

In the large bedroom there is a double bed, 2 single beds fit in the smaller bedroom, and in the living room there is an extra double pull out sofa. There are also folding beds in the apartment and a crib can be provided.

There is central air-conditioning/heat in the apartment.

Heating:

There is central air-conditioning/heat in the apartment.
There are additional electric radiators in the apartment.

Parking:

There is street parking next to the building, with parking cards that you can buy from a machine on the street and in every kiosk. These cards are used between 08:00 - 18:00.
Parking is free from Friday 13:00 - Sunday 08:00.
Parking is free on Holidays.

There are no parking problems day or night!

Driving Directions from Lod Airport to Lincoln Street

From the airport: highway to Jerusalem.

When you arrive in Jerusalem on the 3rd stoplight you reach a fork.
Take the one that turns slightly to the left. Go up the street. On the next light turn right (almost straight). You are on Shderot Zalman Shazar Rd.

On the 2nd light, turn half right to Sderot Hanasi Ben Zvi Rd.
Drive straight till you reach a big junction (very tall buildings on your left) turn left on the light up the hill, then tern left again on the light into Ramban St., go straight till the end and turn right. The first left again and you are on Aza St.

Cross the junction, keep straight, you are on Agron St.
Drive almost to the end, and then about 50 meters before the stoplight turn right.
This is Ben Shimon St., which leads you into King David St.
On your first right you turn to Hess St.
Lincoln 10 is at the end of this St. on your right

If you get lost

Just ask for the King David Hotel. The hotel is on King David St.
