*Prepare the apartment for your upcoming visit.

*Make up the beds.

*Connect the refrigerator.

*Buy your groceries as per request.
 
 

After you leave we will:

*Clean the apartment.
 

If you wish we can:
 

*Rent Long/short terms.

*Collect rentals (if you decide to rent).

*Arrange quotes for repairs, improvements and renovations.

*Supervise all maintenance jobs after your approval.
