1.There will be no refunds when canceling or shortening an advertisement plan of a displayed ad in the JT&HE web site. However, if the time period of the advertising plan did not reach half of the original time period of the plan chosen, advertisers are entitled to resubmit (the same or a different ad) for the remaining time period, and under the following conditions:

a. Only within six months from the day the ad was canceled.
b. Only with the original plan chosen.
c. Plans can not be transferred to other people.
d. Ads must be resubmitted.
e. There will be an additional cost of $ 15 US for every displayed ad throughout the JT&HE web site that is resubmitted.

2.There will be no refunds for any advertising plan, in case of changing or shortening the time period of a displayed ad, if 1/2 of the original time period has already passed. In this case, if a plan is canceled or shortened it will be considered termination of the ad.

3.Changing the subject or the category of a displayed ad in the JT&HE web site will be considered as a different ad and a new plan.

4.By submitting an ad to the JT&HE it is agreed that refunds will be reimbursed only if JT&HE will stop the advertising service. In this case refunds will be relative to the time period left in the plan.

5.By submitting an ad to the JT&HE it is agreed that no lawsuit will be claimed if JT&HE will stop the advertising service.

6.If you wish to remove a displayed ad in a chosen plan, there will be an additional cost of $ 5 US for every Displayed Ad,      Bold Listing or Banner, displayed throughout the JT&HE web site that is to be removed.

7. Canceling, changing, shortening or removing a Displayed Ad, Bold Listing, Banner or an Advertising Plan, will be                 executed within 30 working days.
