To bring to the publics notice your topic, you must write a good message.
What makes a good message?
States all the relevant information you have.
Says exactly what you want to say.
Says it in the least possible number of words.
Says it in the right order.
States all possible ways to contact you.
And most important - says it simple.
Since people don't remember things they can't understand, messages must
be written in a simple way as possible.
Your advertising will receive a long-term impact, if the message is
clear. When the message is not clear, it will be forgotten immediately.
Some rules to keep a message clear:
If you wish to address a specified public, try to write in the language
that this public speaks.
For a regular large public, write in a common language. Do not use an industry jargon or any jargon.
Keep the same level as of the people that you try to reach. Use smaller words, to receive a bigger the impact.
After writing your message, read it out loud. When reading, it should sound natural.
Say only what is needed. Don't specify every quality of your product or service. Concentrate only on the best.
Use simple, familiar, short and yet effective phrases.
