1. Advertisements & Posted Listings in the JT&HE's web site will be for one year from the day of insertion.

2. Advertisements will be displayed on the site within 7 working days from when received.
 
3. When displayed, notice will be sent via E. mail.

4. Text, Banners or photos submitted, will not be stored after the end of the subscription period.

5. Text or photos that will be submitted to JT&HE by mail will not be stored or returned.

6. There will be no refunds in case an advertisement JT&HE is canceled within the year.

7. By submitting an ad or a listing to the JT&HE, you agree that E. mails received from the JT&HE about the ad or listing and from  'What's new in the JWC' is not considered SPAM.

8. Submitters must be at least 18 years old.

9. It is agreed hereby that the JT&HE has no control over the content and accuracy displayed in the ads or listings, and therefor will not be responsible and will not be liable for any damage caused, by reliance on any kind of information displayed      in any of the ads or listings.

10. Users should check out carefully the accuracy of the information or material presented by the advertisers and homeowners.

11. Users agree and understand that the JT&HE's web site can not be error free.

12. JT&HE reserves the right to change equipment or any kind of technical procedures needed for access to the JT&HE's
web site.
 
13. JT&HE reserves the right to change the web site's design.

14. Under no circumstances, will JT&HE be liable, for any opinion or statement made by third parties.

15. By submitting information and photos to the JT&HE the submitter shall be solely liable for any information submitted or any other damage or harm resulting from such a submission.

16. By using the information displayed in the JT&HE, it is understood and agreed hereby that JT&HE will not be responsible or liable for any exchange or arrangement concerning the homes and personal properties, safety or well-being of the users, the homeowners or anyone else.

17. By submitting an ad to the JT&HE, you state and agree hereby to be listed in the Jewish Home Exchange's displayed on the World Wide Web Site on the Internet. Your listing will consist on your submitted information.

18. JT&HE saves the right to deny any ad or listing requested, with no need to explain its reasons.

19. JT&HE saves the right to modify any ad or listing, with no need to explain its reasons.
