Since 1941, boys and girls ages 7-15 have been building lifelong friendships and lasting memories at Camp Louemma. Conveniently located only 70 miles from NYC, the camp boasts a pool, private lake and picturesque surroundings that enable a camper to feel safe, secure and "at one" with friends and nature. Through scheduled activities and structured electives, campers are provided with a well-rounded program that includes athletics, aquatics, and fine and performing arts. Jewish culture and identity are integrated into the program in a manner that is fun, creative, and entertaining. Through special events and activities, we celebrate new and old traditions and explore our Jewish heritage. Join us for a summer of fun and a lifetime of memories.

UAHC Greene Family Camp

The UAHC Greene Family Camp stresses a wide range of activities within a living Jewish community. Our modern air-conditioned facility offers campers the opportunity to live together in an environment that stresses the bunk experience. While children choose most of their activities on an individual basis, our bunks form the family units that enable life-long friendships. Many of our campers come from small Jewish communities, and GFC offers them the potential for Jewish connections that they might not otherwise have. Offering a full challenge course, alpine tower, zoo, two pools, lake and all and sports, Greene also offers activities such as fencing, not found in many other camps.
