Submitting procedures:
1.
Any material will be submitted to the Jewish World Center
(JWC) in the English language.
2. The submitter will fill a Registration Form.
3. Write the text to be submitted.
4.
Photographs, graphics, images, documents and artworks,
should be scanned for Internet usage in no more than 100-200 DPI, and saved
as JPG. or GIF. files.
5.
If you scan documents as photos - no more than 100 DPI.
Files must be given a name (example: Jerusalem).
If you send more than 1 item, please add a number to each item (example:
Jerusalem 1, Jerusalem 2 etc.). Please fill in the Registration Form and
the
corresponding number for each caption you want to appear.
6. Copy the text to be submitted.
7.
Paste the copied text to be submitted, in the Registration Form.
Texts, can be sent as an attachment, but only if created in the
text editor ‘WORD’ 6 or 7. Texts that were created in other text editors
should
be copied and pasted in the Registration Form
(please do not send as an ahment).
8.
If you wish your name to appear with the article or material submitted,
please
enclose on top of the text.
9.
Send.
NOTES:
1.
If you do not have a scanner, you can have your photographs,
graphics, images and documents scanned to disc or CD at any copy center
or
photo shop near your house.
Please have them name each photo file with a name.
2.
Please note that all photographs, graphics, images and documents submitted
to
JWC, will not be stored, backup or returned.
3. Once you submit any material to JWC, you will receive a reference number.
Different reference numbers will be given for each submission you make.
Please use these numbers each time you contact us.
Reference numbers will also be used for identification needs, or while
updating.
