Klara Chaja Giersh (Friedes - Schmidt) - born in Dobromil (or Rezezow), Poland, on 6.8.1894.

Daughter of Ernestine Esther (Goldhammer) and Mr. Friedes.
After her mother married her second husband Siegmund, Sinai, Simon Schmidt, she moved to Berlin. Had a sister Netti and a brother Max.

Married Mr. Giersh from whom she later divorced.

On 19.2.1943, was taken by Gestapo Berlin from her house on Nassauischestr. 61, Ptr. B, b. Meersohn, in Wilmersdorf, and deported to Auschwitz.
