1. Anyone, who wishes to submit information, material or an article
    to the JWC, must insure that any kind of copyright laws do not protect the
    material submitted.

2. By submitting information, material or an article to JWC, the submitter
    permits JWC hereby, the royalty-free right, to use, copy, change, modify, edit,
    sell, publish, distribute or transmit the submitted material worldwide, on a
    temporary or a continuous basis.

3. By submitting information, material or an article to JWC, the submitter shall
    be solely liable for any violation of copyright regulations or any other
    damage or harm resulting from such a submission.

4. Anyone who wishes to submit information, material or an article, to
    JWC, must be fully identified. Identification will include a full name,
    address and phone number (fax & E-mail if exists).

5. Every entity or institution submitting material or information to the
    JWC, will include its name, address, phone number
    (fax, E-mail & web sites if exists).

6. Submitters must be at least 18 years old.

7. By submitting material to the JWC, you agree to receive E-mails
    about your material.

8. By submitting material to the JWC, you agree that E-mails received from JWC
    about your material, or newsletters from the JWC, is not considered SPAM.

10. Since the submitted materials may not be edited, it is recommended
      to spell check the text.

11. JWC will not save or backup submitted materials.

12. JWC is not responsible, and will not be liable for the contents of any
      submitted material or information.

13. JWC saves the right to deny any material submitted with no need
      to explain it reasons.

14. It is understood that JWC has no obligation to read the submitted
       material. However, it is agreed that submitted material that will
       include improper content - will be removed immediately.

15. JWC reserves the right to stop or modify any service without warning.

16. Materials will not be accepted if their content will contain entries that
      may be offensive, controversial, or refer to any of the following subjects:

a. Opinions about others.
b. Political opinions.
c. Opinions about religions, countries, people, ethnic groups, entities
    & institutions.
d. Racial expressions.
e. Sexual subjects.
f. Illegal, or controversial subjects.

17. Materials will not be accepted if their content violates any law.
 

Design:

1. JWC saves the right to design or change the design of every submitted material.

2. By submitting information, material or an article to JWC, the submitter
    understands that JWC reserves the right, at any time, to change, modify, edit,
    or stop displaying any part of information, material or content of the Jewish
    World Center web site.
