Manfred Edmund Schroetter was born in Berlin on Friday, 26 Iyyar, 5684. He was the son of Netti and Moritz Moshe Schroetter. Netti and Moritz divorced on 1926.

In 1935, when the Nazis came to power in Germany, Edmund's mother Netti, as most of the Jews, could not find any kind of work  to support her two sons and her mother - and had to leave to Palestine. Manfred was at that time in a boarding school. Edmund's father Moritz, still had his business in Berlin. In 1940, Moritz Scroetter had to run for his life, and leave Manfred behind.

Manfred Edmund Schroetter was murdered by the Nazis.

He was 16 years old at that time.

The Jewish date of his death is: 18 Sivan 5700.

In one of the records it is stated that Manfred died on October 1940.
