1. Payments are expected only after the memorial was launched on the
    Internet to the creator’s full satisfaction. Creators will receive notice via
    E-mail, that the memorial was launched.

2. Since maintenance fees are minimum (some are as low as $ 10 U.S per
    year), payments will be collected on a 2 years basis.

3. Once every 2 years, creators will receive a notice of the maintenance
    fee.

4. All payments should be made in within 30 days after the E-mail note
    was sent.

    Please let us know of any change in your address, telephone number,
    or E-mail.

5. If payment is not made on time, the memorial will be removed from the
    Jewish Memorial Center’s Internet site, until the fee is settled.

6. Payments for CD copies of the memorial, or Self-prepared Memorials - are
    expected prior to shipment.
