Sheindl was the daughter of Ya'akov Weinstein. Education was one of the most important issues in her family. One of her brothers was a doctor and Sheindl always made every effort that her children would receive the best education possible. While in Russia, her oldest daughter Vardina was sent to Medical School, and later her son went to a Dental School.

Sheindl was a theistic woman. She was modest, intelligent and spoke Russian, Yiddish, Hebrew and German.

Sheindl Albert died at home, in her sleep, on Saturday, 23.9.1961
