At the age of 3 she arrived with her parents in Berlin. She went to the elementary school in Luisenstadt Britzgerstrasse. After her graduation from the commerce academy 'Solomon's Handels Akademie', in Spitlemarkt 1 (where she studied English, Commerce and Book keeping) - she married Moritz Moshe Schroetter on 31.10.1920.

Between 16.7.29 - 30.9.35 Netti worked for Nitag Berlin, until she was fired as many other Jews in Germany for racial reasons.

Netti's brother Max, who had already moved to the land of Israel, succeeded with the help of his wife Malka to arrange for her, and for her son, Adolf Siegmund - a certificate to settle in Palestine.
Netti arrived in Tel-Aviv. In order to survive she had to take every simple work. Most of the time she worked as a waitress.
In Tel-Aviv, Netti met her second husband Ignaz Yitzchak Kerpner, whom she married on 12.4.1945.
