The uniqueness of the "Jewish Memorial Center" is its attempt to establish its position as "The Jewish Memorial" on the Internet. Similar web sites are already gaining recognition, as virtual memorials, that presents private memorial pages about the lost beloved ones.
Much preparation was invested in this site. Dozens of memorial pages were prepared for figures in Jewish history: leaders, rabbis, intellectuals and scientists that passed away. Each page presents the persons name, title, and dates of birth and death. They are all attached to Kaddish and Hashkava prayers.
Each figure receives a linkage page to relevant links and information, some originals and some external web sites that provide a lot of information about the figures life, biography, list of articles, publications, official web sites, etc.
The web site enables every person to commemorate his loved ones, and provides different models of memorial pages: Short text, long text, long text with photos, galleries and graphics, and special pages for victims of the Holocaust.
